A non-refundable retainer reserves your date and the balance is due 14 days before the event. Overtime is $250 per hour. Corporate and multi-day events are quoted individually. Oahu and other destination events include a flat travel fee. Hours, guest count and venue move the final number.

We arrive two hours early. Ceremony audio, reception system and photo booth go up before guests see the room.
- Ceremony
Processional, vows on a discreet wireless mic, recessional. Officiant mic'd and levels checked.
- Cocktail hour
A set at conversation volume while photos happen. Photo booth opens.
- Grand entrance
Wedding party and couple introduced by the MC to the songs you picked.
- Toasts and dinner
Wireless mics handed to each speaker, dinner music low, timeline checked with your planner.
- First dances
Couple, parents, then the MC opens the floor.
- Open dance floor
Your requests first, then whatever keeps the floor full. Uplighting shifts to party mode.

How do I hold my wedding date?
A signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer take your date off the calendar. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo and other electronic transfers.
Do you MC as well as DJ?
Yes. Every wedding package includes MC services for the ceremony and reception: grand entrance, toasts, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss and last dance, all coordinated with your planner and venue.
Can we give you a playlist and a do-not-play list?
Please do. Send song requests, must-plays, a do-not-play list and preferred genres. Your DJ builds the night around them and reads the room to keep the floor full.
What does the venue need to provide?
Power and access for load-in about two hours before the start time. We bring the sound system, microphones, lighting, DJ booth and photo booth, then set up and break down ourselves.
What is included with the photo booth?
Unlimited sessions for the whole reception, a custom photo strip design with your names and date, on-site prints for guests, digital copies of every photo after the event, a prop kit and an attendant.
What happens if the party runs late?
We keep going. Overtime beyond the contracted hours is $250 per hour, settled at the end of the night.
Do you travel outside the Bay Area?
Yes. Travel within the San Francisco Bay Area is included. Oahu, Hawaii and other destinations are quoted with a travel fee.
Can we reschedule?
One reschedule is allowed without penalty, subject to availability, when requested in writing at least 60 days before the event.
Are you insured?
Pretium Eventus LLC is a California LLC and carries its own equipment insurance. Ask if your venue needs a certificate.
